Risk of loss

All purchases of physical Wide Spectrum products made pursuant to a shipping contract mean that title and risk of loss for those products pass to you from the moment that we deliver them to the carrier.

Returns, refunds and ownership

Wide Spectrum does not take title to returned products until the product reaches our distribution center. At our discretion, the refund may be processed without the need for a return. Product descriptions

Wide Spectrum tries to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Wide Spectrum does not meet the description, your sole remedy is to return the unused product.

Prices

Disputes

Wide spectrum software additional terms

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including software updates) and any related documentation that we make available to you in connection with the Wide Spectrum Services ( the “Wide Spectrum Software”).

Use of the Wide Spectrum Software.

You may use the Wide Spectrum Software solely to use the Wide Spectrum Services as provided by Wide Spectrum, and as permitted by these Terms of Use and the Terms of Service. You may not incorporate any part of the Wide Spectrum Software into other programs or compile any part in combination with other programs, copy (except to exercise the rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works from, distribute, assign rights, or grant licenses to the Wide Spectrum Software in whole or in part. All software used in any Wide Spectrum Service is the property of Wide Spectrum or its software providers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Use of third-party services.

When you use the Wide Spectrum Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a mobile phone service operator or mobile phone software provider. Use of these third party services may be subject to the policies, terms of use and fees of these third parties.

Unauthorized reverse engineering.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the security mechanisms associated with the Wide Spectrum Software, in whole or in part.

Updates.

We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Wide Spectrum Software at any time without notice.

End users of government institutions.

If you are an end user of a United States Government institution, we license the Wide Spectrum Software to you as a “Commercial Product” as that term is defined in the Code of US Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101) and the rights we grant you with respect to the Wide Spectrum Software are the same as the rights we normally grant to other users in these Terms of Use.

Conflicts.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and other Wide Spectrum or third party terms applicable to any part of the Wide Spectrum Software, such as open source license terms, these other terms will govern that portion of the Wide Spectrum Software for the duration of the dispute.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement
